You can pay for your order via credit card, Amex card or bank account. Send us an e-mail for bank account information. We will respond you as soon as possible.
Your orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or FEDEX free of charge.
We will immediately send you a new one if you send us an e-mail with an image of the product.
Estimated delivery time to your address is 5 business days on average. It is important to mention the correct phone number belonging to you for accessibility. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.
In case you have a size or fitting problem with the product you purchased, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return in accordance to “Right of Withrawal”. You can use the “request a return” section below our homepage for your requests. Following the return request, you will be informed about our address.
The return fee will be transferred to your credit card in 7 business days right after we deliver the product. A return shipping fee is charged to you.
Maeve is not accountable for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and that they are securely packaged.
